These terms apply to all our services: Massage Therapy, 576@Stanley Restaurant, and The Ultimate Lotus Accommodation.
1. Massage Therapy Services
By booking a massage session, you agree to:
- Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to complete any necessary forms.
- Late arrivals: May result in shortened treatment time (full charge applies).
- Cancellation: 2 hours notice required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Health disclosure: You must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or pregnancies.
- Right to refuse: Therapists may refuse service if they believe it may be harmful.
2. 576@Stanley Restaurant & Catering
For all food and beverage orders:
- Allergies: Please inform staff of any allergies before ordering.
- Preparation time: Allow 15-20 minutes for food preparation.
- Cancellation: 1 hour notice required for catering orders.
- Dietary requirements: We accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
- Prices: Include 15% VAT. Menu items subject to availability.
3. The Ultimate Lotus Accommodation
Hotel and apartment bookings are subject to:
- Check-in: 14:00 (local time) • Check-out: 11:00 (local time)
- Early check-in: Subject to availability (additional fees may apply).
- Late check-out: Can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Cancellation: 24 hours notice required for full refund.
- No-show: Full charge applies for no-shows.
- Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking fee: R500
- Pets: Not permitted except service animals.
- Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages to the room.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted methods: Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Room charges: Hotel guests may charge food/drinks to their room.
- Deposits: Accommodation bookings may require a 50% deposit.
- Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Package Deals & Combined Services
- Wellness packages: Must be used within 6 months of purchase.
- Modifications: Package components may be modified with price adjustment.
- Refunds: Partial refunds based on used services.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Health information: Collected for your safety and kept confidential.
- Payment data: Processed securely, not stored on our servers.
- Marketing: Opt-out anytime from promotional emails.
- CCTV: Recorded in public areas for security.
7. Liability
- Massage: Not liable for injuries unless due to gross negligence.
- Food: Not liable for allergic reactions if allergies were disclosed.
- Accommodation: Not liable for lost or stolen items from rooms.
- Valuables: Use in-room safe for valuables.
8. Conduct
- Respectful behavior: Expected towards all staff and guests.
- Right to refuse service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Quiet hours: 22:00 - 07:00 in accommodation areas.
