Booking a massage is easy! Just:

  1. Click on "Massage" → "Book Massage" in the menu
  2. Choose your preferred service and duration
  3. Select date and available time slot
  4. Enter your details and any health information
  5. Confirm booking

You'll receive a confirmation email with your QR code for check-in.

You can undress to your comfort level. Most clients undress completely, but you may leave underwear on. You'll be properly draped with sheets at all times, with only the area being worked on exposed.

Yes, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. This allows you to complete any forms, use the restroom, and relax before your session. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time (full charge applies).

  • Allergies (oils, nuts, lotions, etc.)
  • Pregnancy
  • Areas of broken skin
  • Joint replacements

Breakfast is included in some room rates. You can select the "with breakfast" option when booking. Breakfast is served at 576@Stanley Restaurant from 7am to 10am.

Yes, you can cancel up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Massage: No deposit required
Restaurant: No deposit for regular bookings

Refund policies vary by service:

  • Massage: Full refund if cancelled 2+ hours before
  • Restaurant: Refund if cancelled 1+ hour before
  • Hotel: Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
